Through the ART CARES program, practitioners simply apply for assistance by completing and submitting an assistance request form. Upon review & acceptance of the request, an Art Optical representative will work with the prescribing practitioner to design and order custom lenses to the appropriate specifications for the patient. Lenses will be manufactured at no charge and shipped to the practitioner managing the case (S&H charges will apply). Upon successful dispensing, we encourage the patient to provide a testimonial about their specialty lens experience and how their lenses have positively impacted them. We also welcome practitioner feedback and clinical case reports as a way to showcase the rewards that come with providing specialty lens services.
