Congratulations to Jodie Yount, Quality Control Technician & Production Specialist, on her selection as Art Optical’s Associate of the Year for 2016.
Jodie joined the Art Optical team in 1993 and uses her years of experience to deliver consistently exceptional quality to our customers. Jodie has many great qualities that she demonstrates daily. She is very punctual and has earned perfect attendance for several consecutive years. She also has an outstanding work ethic and willing moves throughout the lab as her expertise is needed. She is an exceptional multi-tasker and as she moves to various stations in the laboratory, there is never a drop in the quality or quantity of her work. Jodie’s consistency is outstanding and she loves to take challenges head-on. She always has suggestions for improved efficiency and work-flow, and she truly cares about the customer, the process and the quality of work we produce. There are nothing but positives to describe her performance – whether she is working in the soft lab, shipping or quality control, she gives 110% every day. Jodie is confident in her abilities and mentors new associates so they become successful associates aptly suited to help us reach quality & production goals.
