Congratulations to Customer Care Associate Rashell Raczkowski!
Rashell has been a top performer since joining Art Optical in 2017. She naturally and effortlessly provides excellent, helpful and friendly customer service and is consistently our highest call taker. Rashell maintains excellent attendance, readily adjusts her hours upon request and willingly jumps in to help wherever an extra hand is needed. She is eager to learn and continually asks for more responsibility. In addition to being a highly productive associate, Rashell is pleasant to be around and exemplifies outstanding Art Optical citizenship. We are grateful to have her on the team and happy to recognize her numerous contributions with the 2019 Associate of the Year award!
