Since joining Art Optical in 1990 to work in the shipping department Rhonda has displayed great communication skills along with a desire to succeed from day one. As a leader in the Quality Control Department, there have been many occasions when her suggestions for improvement and feedback have been incorporated into daily routines at Art Optical. Rhonda always has the best interests of the company in mind and helps others by giving them valuable direction on difficult jobs that come through Q.C. She is always interested in defect reduction and is the point person to translate new lens designs to fellow associates. She is fast and accurate at her position and is the top producer in the department. Her consistency as it relates to quality and quantity on a daily basis is key in the day to day performance of the area. Rhonda has really stepped up and made a solid effort to bring her attendance to heights never reached previously.
Her dedication to service, quality and her enthusiasm in her daily approach to her job has made Rhonda Lafata Art Optical’s Associate of the year for 2011!
