Keith has been an associate of Art Optical since December of 2002. He began his career in customer service, moved over to our Enhanced Customer Care Group in 2005 and joined our consultation staff in 2008. He gained his NCLE certification in 2009.
Keith is an excellent fitting consultant and has learned the many intricacies of designing and problem solving both GP and Custom Soft lenses. He was one of three consultation team members trained to assist our practitioners with the launch of KeraSoft IC in 2011 as well as one of the initial consultants to learn and assist in launching the Rose K family of lenses in 2012.
He has represented Art Optical at several conventions and has also had the opportunity to represent Art Optical at the podium as a speaker. Keith’s speaking style is calm and collected and his presence at conventions is very professional.
Keith has a gentle yet outgoing personality and a wonderful sense of humor that places customers and co-workers at ease. He is an exceptional all-around Art Optical citizen who is well-deserving of recognition as Art Optical’s Associate of the year for 2013!
